The "Muddy Water" Metaphor
Imagine your brain is a glass of clear water. You need this clarity to solve complex problems.
Opening Twitter or TikTok is like dropping a spoonful of mud into that water.
Even if you only look for 5 minutes, the water is cloudy. It takes hours to settle.
Rule #1 of Exam Day: Do Not Open Your Phone.
The Schedule
6:00 AM: Wake Up
- Natural light immediately. Stop melatonin production.
- Phone Status: Locked via Ace Lock (Scheduled from previous night).
6:15 AM: Warm Water & Protein
- Hydrate. Eat slow-burning carbs and protein (eggs, rice). No sugar spikes.
6:45 AM: Brain Activation (Analog)
- Do simple calculation problems or read a familiar English passage.
- Wake up the processing centers.
- Do NOT check "Good luck" messages. They add emotional weight you don't need right now.
7:30 AM: Commute "Monk Mode"
- Noise-canceling headphones. No music with lyrics. Instrumental or silence.
- Look at notes, but don't try to cram new info. Just reassure yourself.
8:30 AM: Arrival
- While others are frantically checking their phones one last time, you are calm. You are present.
Why Ace Lock is Your Bodyguard
Set Ace Lock to unlock ONLY after your exam ends (e.g., 6:00 PM).
This protects you from:
- 1. Panic-inducing news ("Did you hear about the train delay??")
- 2. Emotional distractions (Drama from friends)
- 3. Dopamine fatigue before the first question.
The Victory
When you sit down at the desk, your brain is hungry. It hasn't been fed cheap content. It is ready to devour the exam.
Keep the water clear.
